Perhaps IMAP commands are being queued up, then mail refreshes and notices the message hasn't been actually moved yet, and adds it back to inbox. Be aware that all emails that are created in Outlook Draft will be deleted when migration to Gmail takes place. We use a Mac in the examples, but the technique works equally well for Windows users.
